SPR# GMAA74JG95 - Because some 3rd party mail applications send address lists using a semicolon as a delimiter rather
than a comma, we now treat a semicolon as a valid internet address delimiter. This action may be
disabled with the server side notes.ini setting, MIMESemicolonNotDelimiter=1.
